This role will be based on campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner.

The People Programmes and Planning Team is responsible for scoping, planning and delivering programmes and projects which enable the timely achievement of our strategic aims. These programmes and projects involve significant collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across both the People and Culture Directorate (PCD) and the wider University.

The types of programmes and projects are varied and encompass the full range of people related activities designed to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Reporting to the Head of People Programmes and Planning, you will have demonstrable expertise and professional credibility in managing change and scoping, planning and delivering significant and complex projects and programmes of work.
