Shape the future of People transformation through data, insight and innovation.
We're looking for a People Projects Business Analyst to join our People team and play a key role in delivering strategic people initiatives across the Group. Working closely with the People Projects Business Partner and Head of People Services, you'll combine data analysis, business partnering and project support to help drive our People Strategy.
From Workday optimisation and workforce planning to organisational change and people analytics, you'll provide the insight and governance needed to deliver projects that make a real impact.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver insightful people analytics, dashboards and executive reporting.
- Analyse workforce, reward, engagement and organisational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the delivery of People transformation projects, including Workday optimisation and process improvements.
- Gather and document business requirements for systems and change initiatives.
- Track project milestones, risks and benefits to ensure successful delivery.
- Support workforce planning, headcount reporting and annual people processes, including salary reviews, bonus cycles and Gender Pay Gap reporting.
- Coordinate testing, data validation and user acceptance for system enhancements.
- Help improve people processes, reporting and data quality across the business.

What we're looking for
You'll have experience in a Business Analyst, People Analyst, HRIS Analyst or similar role, with a passion for using data to improve business performance.
You'll also bring:

- Experience supporting business change, transformation or systems projects.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Experience using Workday or a similar HRIS platform.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools would be an advantage.
