Job Title
People Projects, Data and Change Coordinator (Grade E)
Key Details
- Salary: £34,434 – £37,280 per annum (rising by annual increments to £37,280); pay award pending. For full details: our pay and policies page.
- Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week
- Location: Primarily at Service Headquarters in Salisbury or Dorchester Support Office (Poundbury). Requires attendance at Service locations for key activities/meetings. Flexibility in remote work (home, DWFRS stations, or support offices) based on mutual arrangement.
- Appointment Type: Temporary – up to 18 months (fixed-term contract or until substantive postholder returns).
- Closing Date: Sunday 5 July 2026 (midnight)
- Interviews: Tuesday 21 July 2026 (format/details provided to shortlisted candidates).

This position is within the People Services department. Your focus? Data-driven change.
Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Maintain and analyse case management data, generating reports to support operational activities, performance monitoring, and service improvement.
- Coordinate People projects – planning, scheduling, and executing workstreams. Track timelines, milestones, risk logs, and action points.
- Lead procedural reviews in liaison with subject-matter experts, ensuring adherence to specified timelines.
Key Requirements
To be successful, show evidence of:
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in HR, OR an undergraduatequalification/relevant HR experience.
- Experience in managing/analysing confidential data for trend/functionality reporting.
- Policy-making expertise, including updating HR processes aligned with legislative changes.
- Strong organisational skills to maintain quality under deadlines.
- Familiarity with office software and HR systems.
Travel & Compliance
- Must meet modest travel requirements ( جبل irements within the region).
- DBS check required before appointment.
- Candidates must pass pre-employment checks: identity, right-to-work, medical, references, and explanations for recent employment gaps.
