About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused People Services Advisor to join our People team.

This role plays a critical part in delivering an excellent employee experience by providing efficient, accurate, and compliant HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will support a broad range of people processes, including onboarding, leave management, benefits administration, HR System Testing, regulatory reporting, and HR policy guidance. Working closely with colleagues, people leaders, payroll, and other key stakeholders, you will ensure seamless service delivery while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work majority of your week away from home. Away from home means either attendance at one of our head office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process employment documentation through Workday and other HR systems.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a positive and efficient new starter experience.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely system updates.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
