We work closely with teams across Reward, Payroll, Recruitment and L&D to make sure every interaction is smooth, helpful and consistent.

Help create a brilliant employee experience through accurate, reliable People Services support
As a People Services Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our team, supporting employees and managers with day to day queries and processes. You'll focus on getting the detail right, providing clear and helpful support, and building your knowledge of People Services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting key People Services processes such as joiners, leavers, absences and employment changes
- Maintaining accurate employee data across HR systems, ensuring records and documentation are handled with care
- Responding to employee and manager queries through our helpdesk, providing clear and helpful guidance
- Supporting benefits and Travel and Expenses administration, including routine queries and updates
- Managing your workload effectively and working closely with colleagues across People, Payroll and Reward

What We're Looking For
- Experience in an HR administration or People Services role
- An understanding of employee lifecycle processes and a willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when working with data
- Clear and approachable communication skills with a real focus on helping people
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise your work
