People Services Lead Greater Manchester Permanent £45,000 per annum
I am delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Greater Manchester to appoint a People Services Lead - a key hire within their evolving People function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving how things work, leading a team, and shaping operational HR delivery in a business that’s investing in its future.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and developing a team responsible for HR administration Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency Supporting ongoing transformation and change initiatives Taking ownership of HR systems aligned to operational delivery Partnering closely with data and systems specialists to optimise workflows Ensuring high standards across data, processes, and service delivery
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines operational strength with a forward-thinking mindset: Experience leading or supervising HR administration or shared services teams A strong focus on improving processes, systems, and efficiency Comfortable working with HR systems, data, and workflows A hands-on approach, with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture

Salary is £45,000 plus a highly competitive benefits offering.
