About The Role

Are you passionate about high-quality customer-focused HR administrative and advisory services and ongoing continuous improvement of customer service and processes, maximising the use of technology?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Services Officer based in the People Team at the University of Warwick.

About You

You will have:

  • Experience of working in an HR Administration environment within a large, complex organisation.
  • Ability to assess problems and provide effective and timely responses in difficult situations.
  • Experience of contributing to continuous process improvement or service enhancements.
  • A working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience of managing staff in a customer-centric environment/team.
  • Experience of working in a service delivery-led role using performance metrics to track service delivery and excellence.
