About The Role
Are you passionate about high-quality customer-focused HR administrative and advisory services and ongoing continuous improvement of customer service and processes, maximising the use of technology?
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Services Officer based in the People Team at the University of Warwick.
About You
You will have:
- Experience of working in an HR Administration environment within a large, complex organisation.
- Ability to assess problems and provide effective and timely responses in difficult situations.
- Experience of contributing to continuous process improvement or service enhancements.
- A working knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience of managing staff in a customer-centric environment/team.
- Experience of working in a service delivery-led role using performance metrics to track service delivery and excellence.
