THE TEAM

You’ll join our People Change and Solutions team, a collaborative group focused on ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our people systems and processes. This team plays a key role in keeping our People data accurate and aligned across the business, supporting everything from organisational design to payroll and system access. You’ll work closely with specialists across Workday, HR systems, payroll and data, contributing to a smooth and efficient employee experience.

THE ROLE

As a People Solutions Data Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining accurate, compliant and well-structured People data. You’ll support core processes across our systems, ensuring everything from position management to user access runs smoothly including;

  • Maintain data integrity by investigating and resolving mismatches across systems such as Workday and payroll.
  • Create, amend and delete positions in Workday, ensuring correct reporting lines and organisational alignment.
  • Update and maintain job architecture, including job titles, classifications and codes.
  • Support organisational changes by aligning roles to the correct job profiles.
  • Assist with business processes by progressing or reassigning tasks where needed.
  • Manage user access and security roles, ensuring colleagues have the right permissions.
  • Support onboarding of new users and resolve system access queries.
  • Provide flexible support across People systems, data and payroll activities as required.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficient in Workday, with a good understanding and ability to process people data, employee lifecycle transactions, maintain system data integrity and quality management data checks.
  • We’re looking for someone who combines a strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience working with data or within a People or HR environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Strong organisational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and processes.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm and resilient when working under pressure.
  • Professional and discreet when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Good IT skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.

PRACTICALITIES

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office
