People & Systems Administrator
We are looking for a People & Systems Administrator to join Team OB in our Support Office on a fixed term contract until the end of January 2027.
As a People & Systems Administrator at OB, you will play an integral role in providing administrative support to all of our teams across OB.
Reporting to the Senior People Advisor, you will work closely with other members of the People Admin and Payroll teams in the contribution to both people and admin-related projects, developing your knowledge and expertise in this area.
Our Support Office is based in Tolworth, near Chessington, only a 30-minute journey from London Waterloo. We offer hybrid working with a split of 3 days in the office and 2 days home working per week, and are open to having conversations about working flexibly.

An OB People & Systems Administrator will:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across our Stores, Support Office and Warehouse functions; including new starters, change of positions, and leavers.
- Ensure employee personnel files and company-wide organisational chart are up to date at all times.
- Ensure all right to works checks and follow-up checks are carried out in line with company standards and government legislation.
- Manage employee references (new starters, ex-employees, tenancy requests).
- Manage the People inbox, responding to general employee enquiries.
- Prepare and distribute employee ID cards when needed.
- Taking ownership of systems setups for allocated business area.
- Assist other admin team members and the payroll team when needed.
- Review the people and payroll admin and system processes, suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Coordinate and support with seasonal projects.
- Assist with the writing and reviewing of ER letters and company policies.
- Assist with ad hoc administration duties within the department.

What we look for:
- Access Evo People XD knowledge beneficial but not essential.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise.
- Numerical with a methodical approach.
- Able to work towards tight deadlines whilst keeping a calm head.
- Intermediate Excel skills would be beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
