People Systems Analyst
People Systems Analyst | International Law Firm | London (EC2N) | £40k-£50k with hybrid working
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a People Systems Analyst to join their global HRIS function based in London. This is a strong opportunity for someone with hands-on HR systems experience who is keen to develop further expertise in reporting, data insights, and system optimisation within a complex, international professional services environment.
The role sits within a close-knit global HRIS team currently comprising a Senior HR Systems Manager and a People Systems Analyst, both based in London. The team supports a global HR function, delivering system administration, reporting, configuration, and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this role.
What the role involves: Early and strong focus on HR reporting and analytics Building and enhancing Story Reports and broader reporting outputs Supporting system administration tasks across SuccessFactors Assisting with Employee Central configuration and maintenance Contributing to workflow improvements and system optimisation Supporting wider HR systems projects and change initiatives Working closely with HR stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
What they are looking for: Minimum 1 year’s hands-on HR systems experience Strong, practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors (essential) Proven knowledge of Employee Central Solid reporting capability, ideally including Story Reports Ability to work independently on system administration tasks A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong analytical skills
