Our people are the creators that bring the space to life. We’re a team of motivators, inventors and coaches; always striving to grow and evolve. It’s not just a job, it’s a lifestyle. We inspire our members to fulfil their lives and they rely on us…and we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is our space.
As we continue to grow our estate and our team, we're investing heavily in the systems, data and technology that support our people. To help us do that, we're looking for a People Systems and Data Analyst to join our People team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and making systems work better for the people who use them. You'll play a key role in managing and developing our People systems, supporting reporting and analytics, driving automation and helping us create a more efficient and data-driven People function.
The role combines technical capability with stakeholder support, giving you the chance to influence how managers and team members interact with People services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert across our People systems, supporting managers, team members and the wider People team with queries, administration and continuous improvement.
- Configure, maintain and optimise People systems to improve user experience, efficiency and data quality.
- Support system upgrades, testing, enhancements and implementation projects.
- Produce regular reports, dashboards and insights that help drive business decisions.
- Develop reporting solutions using Power BI and other tools, helping stakeholders access data more effectively.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve workflows across the employee lifecycle.
- Audit systems and data to ensure accuracy, consistency and governance standards are maintained.
- Create user guides, training materials and documentation to support system adoption.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
- Support People systems, reporting and data projects as we continue to scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
