HR Systems & Data Analyst
We are currently partnering with a housing association recruiting for a HR Systems & Data Analyst on a 12 month fixed term, full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience with HR systems and data, producing people data reports, and supporting the digital transformation of a People function.
Key Duties:
- HR system administration, maintenance and upgrades
- Power BI dashboard development and automated reporting
- Data analysis, validation and quality management
- GDPR-compliant data imports/exports
- Supporting system projects and resolving issues with suppliers and stakeholders
- Providing audit support and maintaining system security

Experience Required:
- HR systems, databases or information management tools
- Producing and interpreting people data reports
- Data quality checks and system administration
- Level 4 or above qualification in Data Analytics
- Understanding of GDPR and sensitive data handling
Skills Required:
- Power BI (intermediate level or equivalent experience)
- Attention to detail and data integrity
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Desirable:
- System implementation experience
- CIPD Level 3
- Experience in a regulated sector
