Location:
- Hybrid working with base in any of our UK offices
- Regular travel to BMT offices especially within the UK will be required.

About The Role
BMT is undergoing significant transformation and growth, creating an exciting opportunity for a People Systems & Reporting Manager to shape and enhance our People technology, data and reporting capabilities. In this role, you will ensure our People systems are effective, reliable and aligned to business needs, while delivering meaningful workforce insights that support informed decision-making across the organisation. You will lead system improvements, drive automation and innovation, and identify opportunities to streamline processes through new technologies, including AI. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, you will champion data quality, governance and compliance, develop impactful reporting and analytics, and support key People initiatives. As a leader of the Systems & Reporting team, you will coach and develop colleagues, fostering a collaborative, service-focused approach that enables the successful delivery of BMT’s People Strategy.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced People Systems and Reporting professional who is passionate about using technology, data and insights to improve the employee experience and support business decision-making. You will bring strong experience of People systems, reporting and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering system implementations, enhancements and process improvements. Comfortable working with complex data sets, you will be able to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills, experience working across functions such as IT and Finance, and a strong understanding of data governance, quality and GDPR requirements. As a people leader, you will be confident coaching and developing team members while promoting a collaborative, service-focused culture. Experience with Power BI, data visualisation tools and supporting global People operations is essential, while knowledge of the IFS HR modules would be an advantage.
