We’re looking for a People Transformation Strategist to join our London team. This is a hybrid role.
Transform the People Operating System with Transformation Initiatives
- Execute and support transformation initiatives that reshape how the People function operates, building a more efficient, intelligent, and AI-enabled system.
About the Role You’ll be joining the People Process Transformation and Continuous Improvement team. Focused on diagnosing process inefficiencies, redesigning workflows, and implementing scalable solutions across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive Process Diagnosis & Redesign
- Map end-to-end workflows across core People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle processes) and:
- Identify inefficiencies
- Document root causes
- Map end-to-end workflows across core People functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle processes) and:
- Embed AI-Enabled Solutions
- Apply an AI-first lens to:
- Design intelligent workflows
- Automate tools that reduce manual effort
- Enhance the employee experience
- Apply an AI-first lens to:
- Support Global Change Management
- Coordinator rollout logistics:
- Draft stakeholder communications
- Track action items across international teams and geographies
- Support adoption of new ways of working

- Playbooks
- Training guides for smooth workflow transitions

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
- Significant operational experience in:
- Process improvement
- Business operations
- Consulting or People operations
- Management of defined workstreams with minimal friction
- Fluency with AI tools in professional contexts, covering:
- Accelerating analysis/automation
- Prototype solutions
- End-to-end process mapping skills:
- Solve complex workflow problems
- Document root causes
- Cross-functional coordination experience in:
- Change management
- Project management
- Global comms with distributed teams
- Data literacy:
- Build performance reporting
- Interrogate trends
- Use metrics for accountability/justification
