About the7stars
the7stars is unlike any other agency. The distinction started the day we launched in 2005 when we named ourselves after a pub, but more importantly when we made a promise that we were going to do things differently.
And this commitment has stuck with us. We operate with a core philosophy:
Freedom.
Our Freedom philosophy lives across our entire business—from people, product, and planning. It means:
- Planning & buying media how we want
- Developing careers how we want
- Taking holidays when we need them
- Inventing tools when needed
- Letting people speak up, question, and express themselves freely
- Creating an amazing place to work
We foster a unique, open working environment that encourages personal development through:
- Client contact, teamwork, and training
- Exposure to all media and internal teams
- A “sky’s the limit” approach to growth
In short, we’re ~300 passionate media experts who focus solely on creating great work for our clients.
If you thrive on freedom, integrity, and creative thinking, the7stars is an agency worth exploring.
We operate a flat structure without rigid job titles and encourage an entrepreneurial mentality. You get out what you put in.
We’re looking for people who:
- Get excited by solutions
- Bring ideas to the table
- Are passionate about media’s ability to drive business impact

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
