Job Description
As a performance analyst you will sit between Vitol's Investment and REAP teams to identify and deliver bottom-line results in our investment companies and broader Vitol. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role — embedded in the business to identify and execute initiatives that drive measurable financial improvement, at pace. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership across Vitol and its portfolio, making it an excellent platform for career growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role
Performance Improvement
- London or Geneva based, primarily working with Vitol Investment, and REAP teams
- Work hands-on within Vitol and its investment companies to rapidly identify, scope, and deliver performance improvement initiatives
- Get into the detail of how businesses operate — conducting diagnostics, challenging the status quo, and driving actionable outcomes
- Work with Vitol teams to implement and embed improvements at pace
- Identify and act on opportunities to apply AI, automation, and digital tools to accelerate performance outcomes the portfolio
- Work directly with Vitol's Data Science and AI teams to pilot and deploy AI-driven solutions in Portfolio companies
- Stay current on emerging technologies and proactively assess their applicability to operational and commercial challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, private equity portfolio operations, or in-house transformation
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming/scripting languages
- Exposure to AI/ML tools and methodologies and knowledge on application and development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
