We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Innovation Technical Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the water sector through innovation and technology.

Role Overview

Are you passionate about using data to drive environmental performance and support the journey to Net Zero? We're looking for a Performance Analyst – Performance & Carbon to join our Asset Intelligence & Innovation team, helping us better understand, monitor and reduce greenhouse gas emissions across our wastewater and sludge treatment operations.

In this role, you'll turn complex operational and environmental data into actionable insights, supporting carbon reporting, performance monitoring, forecasting and continuous improvement activities. Working with a range of stakeholders across operations, engineering and scientific teams, you'll help improve data quality, develop reporting tools and dashboards, and contribute to innovative projects that support emissions reduction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
