About this role:
To deliver pre-match, live, and post-match analysis to support the Women’s First Team Manager and coaching staff. The role will contribute to enhancing team and individual performance through detailed video and data analysis, while collaborating across departments to continually raise analysis standards within the club.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive pre-match, live, and post-match analysis for coaches and players.
- Work closely with the manager and coaching staff on a daily basis to meet tight operational deadlines.
- Produce pre-match presentations combining video and statistical insights to inform match objectives and tactical planning.
- Support the preparation of key pre-match resources, including: Set-piece analysis, Opposition and individual player clips, Match preparation booklets
- Film and code matches and training sessions, including home and away fixtures (travel required).
- Assist with matchday analysis delivery, including pre-match briefings, half-time insights, and post-match reviews.
- Produce post-match reports (video and data) within agreed timelines.
- Work alongside coaching staff to develop individual player reviews and team performance evaluations.
- Maintain and update player performance databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Attend all required First Team fixtures and provide on-site analytical support.
- Support other departments at the training ground in effectively using analysis tools and insights.
- Lead and contribute to long-term analysis projects, presenting trends and key findings.
- Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager.
- Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ full-time experience in performance analysis within professional football
- Strong tactical and technical understanding of elite-level football.
- Proven experience using industry-standard tools such as:
- Hudl SportsCode / Hudl Studio / Hudl Insight
- SBG (or equivalent analysis software)
- Experience using performance data to identify trends (e.g. OPTA, StatsBomb, SkillCorner, Second Spectrum).
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-performance setting.
