Performance Analytics Manager – Europe
About the role
As Performance Analytics Manager – Europe, you will drive Europe's consumer and marketplace performance analytics. You will join the Europe CBIA (Consumer and Business Insights & Analytics) Analytics Team, which will design, develop, and deliver advanced analytical solutions, leveraging both traditional and digital analytics to generate impactful insights. These insights will be instrumental in informing Europe-level growth decision-making, shaping wider Category strategy decisions, and accelerating growth-driving innovation across critical areas such as Innovation Development, Connections development, white space identification, and brand/activity performance understanding.
This role sits within the Europe CBIA Analytics Team and reports directly to CBIA Analytics Director – Europe.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver advanced Analytics solutions that contribute to the Europe strategic objectives, specifically leveraging traditional and digital analytics to drive impactful decision-making in Innovation Development, Connections development, white space identification, and brand/activity performance understanding.
- Guide the team in accelerating the successful delivery of growth-driving incremental innovation through leveraging deep consumer, shopper, HCP (Health Care Professionals), and retailer analytics.
- Serve as a key advisor and business partner, providing data-driven insights from analytics to ensure the consumer, shopper, and expert are at the heart of brand decisions.
- Support key analytics agency relationships, ensuring alignment with team objectives and effective delivery of analytics projects to support and drive growth for Europe.
- Partner with commercial teams, providing robust analytical support for objectives, infusing Deep Human Understanding & Deep Market Understanding across teams by providing compelling analytical evidence.

Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
- Significant proven experience in analytics in the consumer goods industry.
- Strong business acumen with a proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them.
- Significant Insight and Analytical Capabilities including understanding of advanced analytical methodologies including MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling), Price Elasticity, and AI Capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior-level engagement.
- Ability to enable and drive change – resilience and tenacity.
