Performance and BI Analyst

Responsibilities

  • To analyse customer needs to create, maintain, and disseminate reports to managers and users, ensuring:
    • Reports align with statutory and service-specific requirements
    • Reports are accurate, fit for purpose, and meet user requirements
  • To implement and maintain data pipelines, enabling:
    • Data extraction via SQL and APIs from various systems
    • Centralised storage in a data warehouse via ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
    • Data analysis across the team
  • To create, maintain, and produce reports for:
    • Regulatory inspections
    • Performance monitoring
    • Effective service management
    • Service improvement
    • Completion of surveys and statutory returns
  • To further develop Power BI to:
    • Integrate data across the entire corporate landscape
    • Design insightful dashboards for partnership work
