Performance and BI Analyst
Responsibilities
- To analyse customer needs to create, maintain, and disseminate reports to managers and users, ensuring:
- Reports align with statutory and service-specific requirements
- Reports are accurate, fit for purpose, and meet user requirements
- To implement and maintain data pipelines, enabling:
- Data extraction via SQL and APIs from various systems
- Centralised storage in a data warehouse via ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Data analysis across the team
- To create, maintain, and produce reports for:
- Regulatory inspections
- Performance monitoring
- Effective service management
- Service improvement
- Completion of surveys and statutory returns
- To further develop Power BI to:
- Integrate data across the entire corporate landscape
- Design insightful dashboards for partnership work
