About The Role

This is a strategic and hands-on role at the heart of how Albyn operates.

You will lead our corporate performance, reporting and assurance framework, making sure we have clear, reliable information to support decision-making at every level from operational teams through to the Board.

A key part of this role is transforming how we present and use information. You will oversee the development of modern dashboards and data visualisations (e.g. through Power BI), turning complex data into clear, accessible insight that helps colleagues understand performance and take action.

You’ll also play a central role in shaping how our systems and data work together, ensuring platforms like our Housing Management Platform Civica Cx support efficient services, high-quality data, and meaningful reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Alongside this, you’ll oversee IT services, system development, and business improvement projects, making sure everything is aligned, well-governed, and delivers real measurable benefits.

Put simply, you’ll connect performance, systems and insight to help Albyn continuously improve.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be presenting performance insight to senior leaders, the next working with teams to improve data quality, reviewing supplier performance, or shaping the next phase of a system development project.

We’re looking for someone who…

  • Has experience in performance reporting, assurance, or business improvement within a complex or regulated environment
  • Can turn data into clear, meaningful insight that supports decision-making
  • Is confident using modern data and insight tools (e.g. Power BI and AI-enabled analytics) to generate insight and improve performance
  • Understands how systems, data and reporting come together to drive organisational performance
  • Has experience working with IT services or managing supplier relationships
  • Can lead and influence others, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Is organised, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
