About the Role

This role focusses on creating practical, scale-able content, e-learning videos, webinars, guides, toolkits, and onboarding resources. You will work with our Partners (our self-employed network - who spread the word about Utility Warehouse.)

Required Skills and Experience

Digital Content Creation

  • Proven experience creating digital content across multiple formats with strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.

Experience with Authoring Tools

  • Hands-on experience using e-learning authoring tools and digital content platforms.

Information Simplification

  • The ability to translate complex, technical, or business-heavy information into simple, practical, and engaging resources.

Project Management / Prioritisation Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace in a fast-moving environment.

Stakeholder & Partner

  • Comfortable working directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, Partners, Trainers, and external vendors.

Data-Driven Iteration

  • Experience using operational reporting, engagement insights, learner behaviour data, and user feedback to continuously optimise content effectiveness and Partner learning experiences.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or accuracy.
  • User-Centric Design
    • Focusing on the Partner's needs to ensure content is accessible, easy to navigate, and actionable.

    • Quickly mastering new digital tools, platforms, and AI-driven technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Creating Engaging Content & Digital Experiences
    • Designing and developing practical, scalable content across multiple formats (e-learning, video, webinars, guides, toolkits, PDFs, onboarding resources, and interactive experiences) to drive confidence and activity across a network of 70,000+ Partners.
  • Content Management & Quality Assurance
    • Owning the front-end positioning, user-testing, content organisation, and continuous improvement of digital content assets across Partner-facing platforms, aligning with the operational frameworks, publishing processes, and performance insights provided by the Operations & Systems Specialist.
  • Driving Partner Performance
    • Building resources that help Partners improve real-world customer conversations, build momentum, and increase conversions, that sit within:
      • The Partner Portal
      • Yoodli - our AI-powered conversation coach
      • AskMii - our AI chatbot
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Working closely with the Operations & Systems Specialist, stakeholders, trainers, and operational teams to translate complex business information into simple, actionable, and high-impact digital enablement experiences.
  • Event & Campaign Support
    • Supporting live Partner experiences, performance-focused sessions, launches (current project: rebrand), and major network events throughout the year (including occasional evening or weekend travel).
