TwinklingTree is a flagship consumer ecommerce brand owned and operated by Hustl. Hustl provides the AI, software and operating infrastructure behind the brand.
We are growing 250% year over year, are on track for $30M+ in revenue and invest $10M+ annually in paid social.
Our 2026 priority is to build an AI-native ecommerce operation. We are developing our own software, automations and creative-production systems to help great ideas reach market faster.
About the Role
We are hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to develop the research, concepts and briefs behind our paid-social creative.
You will identify customer desires and audience opportunities, develop hooks and angles, and turn them into clear briefs for our editors and AI creative team.
You will also analyse performance data to understand what worked, why it worked and what we should test next.

What You Will Own
- Research customers, competitors, reviews and market trends
- Identify new audiences, desires, objections and creative angles
- Develop hooks, scripts, storyboards and production-ready briefs
- Use AI tools to improve research, ideation and creative production
- Review hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and conversion performance
- Give editors and AI creative specialists clear feedback
- Build structured tests across messages, formats and audiences
- Record learnings and use them to improve the next creative round
What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days:
- You understand our customers, products and strongest creative patterns
- Your briefs reach production without repeated clarification
- You consistently deliver original concepts and structured iterations
- You can explain what worked, what failed and what should happen next
- Your work produces meaningful winners or valuable creative learnings
What You Bring
- At least one year of performance creative, direct-response copywriting or related DTC ecommerce experience
- Two or more years of relevant experience is preferred
- Strong research, concepting and brief-writing ability
- An understanding of Meta creative metrics
- The ability to turn performance data into practical creative decisions
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Confidence using AI tools without outsourcing your strategic judgment
- Examples of previous campaigns, concepts or strategic work

Nice to Have
- TikTok or YouTube advertising experience
- Experience working with UGC or AI creators
- Experience producing creative for US consumers
- Familiarity with Motion, Foreplay, Atria or Triple Whale
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with our senior creative strategists, media buyers, editors, AI creative specialists and internal software team.
Compensation
£40,000 to £55,000 GBP per year, paid in GBP.
The final offer will depend on experience, strategic ability and previous results.
