HubFit: Performance Creative Strategist

HubFit is the all-in-one platform for personal trainers, online coaches, and gyms to manage clients, automate their business, and scale without the chaos. We have a 4.9 App Store rating and 2,500+ five-star reviews. We ship fast and we're growing faster.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Creative Strategist to be the connective tissue between performance data and creative production, turning conversion insights into sharp briefs for our design and motion team. You are a data-driven storyteller who thinks in hooks, angles, and personas, stays close to platform trends, and knows exactly how to translate ad metrics into high-converting creative direction.

What You'll Do

  • Creative Strategy & Ideation: Own the creative roadmap for paid social across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, introducing a steady pipeline of fresh angles and hooks every week.
  • Trend & Format Tracking: Monitor emerging social media formats, trending organic hooks, and ad platform updates to continuously inform and refresh our creative direction.
  • Psychology-Driven Copywriting: Write the actual ad copy, video scripts, and text overlays grounded in clear customer frameworks, awareness stages, pain points, and core motivations.
  • Data-to-Brief Translation: Analyze platform metrics like hook rates, hold rates, CTR, and CPA to diagnose exactly where an ad is failing, translating those insights into clear briefs for our design team.
  • UGC & Talent Management: Source, brief, and manage native content creators, ensuring they deliver authentic, platform-first videos that hit our strategic goals.
  • Sprint Testing Frameworks: Build and run structured weekly creative testing sprints to validate specific hypotheses across different formats, hooks, and visual variations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
