Performance Director
We’re on the look out for a Performance Director who can lead on the performance strategy for our B2B Enterprise and High Growth SaaS clients. You’ll be responsible for developing the paid media strategy and leading the performance team to achieve revenue focused targets.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual who has experience in running global growth marketing strategies through paid media initiatives with large budgets and across multiple languages; they'll be able to work with senior client stakeholders to bridge the gap between business goals, strategy and execution.
You’ll work closely with the paid performance team to achieve targets and with the Account team to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting to: Founder
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies that drive growth for our clients
- Deep understanding of demand generation strategy, creative and content
- Manage the performance team, mentoring and training them to deliver best in class campaigns and leading PDPs for personal growth
- Manage multiple client stakeholders, helping build strong relationships
- Act as a compass for the whole team, keeping everyone aligned and working towards the right goals
- Leverage data and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
- Be responsible for the quality of output across the team and the efficiency of the ways the performance team work
- Working closely with the Performance Lead to share insights and recommendations with client stakeholders on a monthly basis
- Lead on quarterly business reviews and performance improvements
- Lead testing and experimentation, using insight to fuel testing agendas
- Support new business initiatives

Essential Skills / Experience
- You’ll need to have at least 5+ years experience working with paid media strategies with a proven track record of transforming performance
- Minimum of 2+ years experience working with B2B clients, bonus if it is for SaaS companies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Accountable for outcomes
- Solid understanding and experience in developing and executing B2B growth marketing strategies, including how these impact performance from MQL to Revenue
- Data and KPI driven, with a creative growth mindset
- Passion for collaborating with team members
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Salary range – £50k- £60k
- 10% annual bonus paid as 2.5% per quarter if targets are hit.
