Performance Engineer Intern (12 months)

Description

If you are passionate about developing technology solutions and want to help HP Wolf Security build the world's most secure PC's then we want to hear from you.

We are looking for a Performance Engineer Intern for 12 months to help enhance our endpoint security products and offerings. Your contributions will directly impact our valued customers - our Interns don't just watch our engineers at work.

Responsibilities for the Performance Engineer Intern

  • Making improvements to the performance test infrastructure
  • Adding new features and fixing bugs in the performance reporting systems

Requirements for the Performance Engineer Intern

  • 2nd Year, Final Year or Masters level student completing a degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline
  • Theoretical knowledge of Python 2 or Python 3
  • An active interest in building endpoint security solutions

An aspiring Performance Engineer looking for an internship with HP Wolf Security should have an interest in working on programming activities outside of academia (open source contributions, coding competitions) and commercial programming experience gained through an academic placement / internship.

This intern opportunity is best suited for postgraduates but students finishing their 2nd or 3rd year will also be considered

Applicants should be enrolled in or graduating from a university program working towards a bachelor's or master's Degree across all science and engineering disciplines including, but not limited to:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Data Science
