As part of LVMH / Moët Hennessy, The Glenmorangie Company produces and distributes two of Scotland’s most celebrated single malt whiskies: Glenmorangie and Ardbeg.
The Performance Improvement Lead drives process stability, loss elimination, and continuous improvement efforts across the business. - Train the organisation in Root Cause Problem Solving (RCPS) and ensure triggers are adhered to.
- Participate in Daily Pit Stops, providing technical support as directed by Line Leaders.
- Collaborate with technical experts to define continuously improving Centerline (CL) Targets and Ranges, stabilising Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by reducing Long and Short Stops.
- Ensure rigorous implementation of CL processes, stabilising line targets and optimising recovery from out-of-tolerance situations.
- Track and monitor changeover results, conducting improvements for problematic processes (e.g., high mean time or variability).
- Attend T1 DOR meetings and Daily Pit Stops, offering guidance and coaching.
- Approve and ensure updates (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, Current Improvement List (CIL) tasks, CL adjustments) are documented in the Q-Pulse system.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
