Operational Performance, Performance Insight, Performance Reporting, Digital Commerce

£300/day Hybrid working in Surrey 12 month contract

This role forms a critical part of a European digital commerce team covering six core workstreams: Content, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), Publishing, Tagging & Cookie Management, Merchandising, and L1 & Operations.

The Performance Insights & Reporting Manager owns the operational performance reporting across these workstreams — defining what performance reporting must answer, validating the insights it produces before they are distributed, governing the metrics and calculation logic behind the numbers, and continuously evolving reporting as business needs change. It is a cross-functional role that collaborates across operational, governance and analytics teams, and requires the ability to communicate, present and report performance findings to senior and C-level leadership with clarity and confidence. The post-holder owns the requirements, quality and direction of performance reporting end to end — from defining reporting needs, metric definitions and calculation logic, to validating insights, to driving a continuous improvement roadmap. Success comes from the clarity of reporting requirements, the reliability of validated insights, and the pace of continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
