Performance Lead
Performance Creative Lead Remote (UK)
Our client is a fast-growing B-corp adventure travel marketplace, and we’re hiring a Performance Creative Lead to own the single biggest lever on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): creative performance.
You’ll lead the creative engine from conception to execution, blending creative experiments, market testing, iteration, and an AI-driven automation framework to enable lean teams to scale efficiently. The key outcome: reducing blended CAC by 12 months, driven by creative intelligence—not media optimisations or media tricks.
What You’ll Own
- Blended CAC by channel and matrix cell
- Hook rate and Click-Through Rate (CTR) improvement for cold acquisition campaigns
- Net-new creative concepts shipped monthly (with zero filler variants—you’re shipping fresh ideas, not tweaks)
- Creative-attributed contribution to first-commerce revenue/bookings volume

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
