Performance Manager (Accelerate) – Maths & English Tuition Centres
Hybrid | Field-Based | £40–55k | Fixed-Term (12 Months) | Start: Summer 2026
Are you driven by developing leaders, driving performance, and creating a measurable impact? We’re seeking a commercially savvy Performance Manager to grow tutition centres across the UK, fostering class-leading teams through coaching, data-driven decisions, and bold leadership.
Field-based role: Weekly visits to centres nationwide, collaborating with Centre Managers to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance & profitability: Drive exceptional quality and operational consistency across assigned Maths and English tuition centres, ensuring commercial success.
- Data-led decisions: Use analytics to pinpoint talent challenges, prioritise actions, and make time-critical improvements.
- Performance clarity: Set compelling goals and translate insights into actionable strategies for leadership teams.
- Build high-trust relationships: Foster psychological safety and accountability with Centre Managers via honest, constructive conversations.
- Leadership development: Coach leaders to sharpen their judgment, leverage strengths, and scale talent effectively.
- Problem-solving pace: Resolve performance gaps decisively, overcoming objections to sustain long-term progress.
- Innovative culture: Spark curiosity, challenge assumptions, and champion continuous learning from data and feedback.
- Operational excellence: Maintain safeguarding compliance and standards alignment across all centres.
- Smooth transitions: Maintain continuity and performance during leadership changes or reorganisations.

Logistics & Benefits
Location: Hybrid with weekly visits to centres across the UK. Contract: Fixed-term (12 months), full-time, Monday–Friday.

Essentials
Required:
- Right to work in the UK (excl. sponsorship opportunities offered).
- Enhanced Cruphe DBS check
- Full, transparent employment history with honest explanations for any gaps.
