Experience: At least 2/3 years as media buying for DTC brands
Reports to: Lead Performance Manager
Company: Adcrate Ltd
About Adcrate
Adcrate is a fast-growing, AI-driven performance marketing agency helping eCommerce and digital product brands scale through creative that converts and paid media that performs. We combine data, testing, and bold ideas to drive real growth for our clients. We’re a fully remote team of strategists, video editors, and performance experts spread across the globe - agile, ambitious, and always experimenting. We move fast, stay curious, and genuinely care about doing great work.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, analytical, and creative Performance Manager to join our growing team. This isn't a traditional media buying role where you'll spend your day building campaigns or clicking buttons in ad accounts. Instead, you'll be the strategic link between our clients, creative teams, and performance - analysing account performance, spotting trends, identifying opportunities, and turning data into clear, actionable creative direction.
Working across Meta and TikTok accounts, you'll oversee performance, uncover what is (and isn't) driving results, and collaborate closely with our Creative Strategists, Video Editors, and Account Managers to continuously improve creative output and campaign performance. You'll have experience managing paid social accounts and a genuine curiosity for what makes campaigns scale. This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, identifying patterns, and helping shape high-performing creative, without being buried in the day-to-day execution of ad accounts.
What You'll Be Doing
Performance & Creative Strategy
- Act as the strategic bridge between paid media performance and our Creative Strategists, translating account data into clear creative direction.
- Analyse Meta and TikTok performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Carry out regular creative audits, using real account data to shape future testing and iterations.
- Spot winning creatives early, identify underperforming concepts, and proactively recommend next steps.
- Pull learnings across multiple client accounts to strengthen creative strategy and testing frameworks.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Nice-to-Haves
- Comfortable using performance dashboards (Motion, Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager exports) to extract creative insights.
- Previous experience contributing to internal wikis, SOPs, or performance systems; you think in terms of reusable frameworks, not one-off wins.
- Confident communicator in client-facing settings; able to translate qualitative and quantitative data into narrative and make a strategic case for creative next steps.

It's a chance to bounce ideas around, challenge thinking, and sharpen your skills. Calls are typically held between 2pm-6pm GMT on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- ✈️ Retreats & Team Socials: We're a remote-first business, but we love getting together in person too. Every year we bring the team together to celebrate wins, reflect on progress, and have some fun. So far, we've taken the team to Vienna & Thailand, with Summer and Winter Socials, team meet-ups, and retreats continuing to be a big part of our culture.
- 📈 Growth & Development: We're big believers that growth doesn't stop once you're hired. Whether it's learning from the team around you, joining creative training sessions, taking on new challenges, or developing your leadership skills, we'll support you in growing both personally and professionally.
- 🎉 Culture: Building a strong remote culture is incredibly important to us. From Quarterly Games Days, Kudos Friday, Team Challenges, and Virtual Events, we're always looking for new ways to bring the team together and make Adcrate a fun place to work!
