Your Responsibilities
- Build, structure, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Own large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset
- Take full ownership of tracking setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads
- Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages
- Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers
What You Bring
- Experience running international ad campaigns and a clear understanding of how markets differ
- Proven track record managing large ad budgets (€150k+ monthly)
- Analytical, structured, direct – you thrive in an ambitious, performance-driven culture
- Strong English skills (company language)
- German is a strong plus

- Salary: €65,000 – €100,000
