The Change Partners are partnered with a highly prestigious, leading alcohol brand that is globally recognised as a leader within the beverage sector. They are looking for an ambitious Marketing Data Analyst to join their Digital Marketing Team in London.
In this hybrid role, you’ll work alongside the Data Lead and cross-functional teams—including CRM, e-commerce, and paid media—to optimise the digital presence of some of the world’s most celebrated heritage portfolios.
You will be the bridge between complex data and actionable strategy. Your mission is to help local and global teams understand how consumers engage with high-end spirits and champagne brands across the digital landscape.
Your responsibilities:
- Touchpoint Analysis: Monitor and analyse how consumers interact across various digital platforms to ensure every click counts toward brand goals.
- Privacy & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to global privacy policies and consent management, ensuring all data collection is ethical and secure.
- Tracking Setup: Assist in the technical configuration and validation of tracking tags for websites and global marketing campaigns.
- Dashboard Ecosystems: Build and manage automated dashboards in Power BI that provide a real-time pulse on brand health and campaign ROI.
- Cross-Channel Metrics: Interpret performance data from paid media (Google/Meta), social channels, and owned web properties to provide a holistic view of the customer journey.
- KPI Alignment: Ensure all reporting is directly mapped to the strategic priorities of the Head of Digital and individual Brand Managers.
- Campaign Optimisation: Deliver rapid, ad-hoc analysis to help the Paid Media and Studio teams pivot strategies during live campaigns.
- Organic Visibility: Apply an understanding of SEO principles and utilise specialised tools to help drive online visibility and organic discovery for the portfolio's brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
