Performance Marketing & CRM Coordinator
Quest Search & Selection is currently looking for a Performance Marketing & CRM Coordinator to support the delivery of profitable digital campaigns and enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies across multiple online marketing channels. The role will play a key part in driving growth initiatives and contributing to the achievement of ambitious business targets.
The company we are partnering with is a leading multi-channel B2C consumer business, operating across a range of digital platforms to engage customers and deliver exceptional customer loyalty & service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end CRM journey, managing email and SMS campaigns from initial planning and creative development through to testing, launch, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver relevant, personalised communications that drive engagement and commercial results.
- Create tailored CRM campaigns across diverse customer groups and brand audiences, ensuring messaging is aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager with daily trading reviews, performance analysis, forecasting, and campaign planning to maximise online growth opportunities.
- Act as a key contributor within the Digital Marketing team, helping improve channel performance, collaboration, and overall team effectiveness.
- Ensure digital trading activity aligns with wider marketing plans and product strategies, proactively identifying opportunities, gaps, and areas for commercial improvement.

Requirements
- 1–2+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, or a related online marketing role.
- Hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Understanding of key performance marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, and digital acquisition strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Google Analytics to measure performance and identify insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimisation techniques is desirable.
- Previous experience within a B2C, ecommerce, or retail environment is essential, with an understanding of customer-led digital strategies.
