Performance Marketing Executive

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will support the growth of SimplyCook by helping to deliver customer acquisition through affiliate marketing, partnerships, referral programmes, and CRM initiatives.
Working closely with the wider Growth Marketing team, you will execute campaigns, manage partner relationships, analyse performance, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition and conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is passionate about performance marketing, data, and driving measurable results.
This role is reporting to the Lead Performance Marketing Manager.
Your mission
Affiliate & Partnerships Marketing
- Manage and grow SimplyCook's affiliate marketing programme, building strong relationships with publishers and partners.
- Support the execution of partner marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate and partnership opportunities that align with SimplyCook's growth objectives.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time.
Referral & CRM programmes
- Support the optimisation and day-to-day management of SimplyCook's customer referral programme.
- Assist with prospect nurture and dropout email campaigns designed to improve conversion and acquisition.
- Work with internal teams to test and launch new customer acquisition initiatives.
Campaign Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance across affiliate, partnership, referral, and CRM channels.
- Analyse key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, acquisition volume, CPA, and customer quality.
- Support A/B testing initiatives across landing pages, referral journeys, and acquisition campaigns.
- Produce regular performance reports and share actionable insights with the Growth Marketing team.

Collaboration & Campaign Delivery
- Work closely with design, product, CRM, and marketing teams to deliver campaigns and promotional activity.
- Coordinate campaign assets, briefing requirements, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the development of marketing copy for partner campaigns, landing pages, and referral communications.
Your profile
- 1-3 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, CRM, or a related field.
- Strong interest in performance marketing and customer acquisition.
- Comfortable working with data and analysing campaign performance.
- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects.
- Experience with affiliate platforms, CRM tools, Mix Panel/ Google Analytics, or A/B testing tools is beneficial but not essential.
