This is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to the growth of a rapidly expanding and unique organisation, the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI).

Described by The Guardian as “the return to big thinking” and by Total Politics as “Europe’s answer to TED,” the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI) is home to IAI.tv, a leading global educational platform delivering high quality video lectures, debates, and courses from the world’s foremost thinkers, scientists, artists, and policymakers. With an audience of hundreds of millions worldwide, the IAI is redefining how bold ideas are shared and taught across borders. Alongside its digital platform, the IAI also curates HowTheLightGetsIn, the world’s largest philosophy and music festival, bringing its mission of accessible thought and dialogue to live audiences year round.

We are hiring for a Performance Marketing Executive with a passion for digital marketing, an eye for crafting snappy creatives, and a knack for data-driven decision making. In this role, you will create, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns designed to boost ticket and subscriptions sales and expand our audience. You will also have significant involvement in the production of HowTheLightGetsIn, helping to programme our music line-up.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
