Are you a data-driven, execution-focused digital marketer with a talent for optimizing paid channels?

Do you want to help save the world from boring baby stuff? At Cosatto, we believe in making clever stuff for happy babies, and we’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to help take our acquisition channels to the next stage.

We're a brand that believes the colour and design of our products should reflect the joy of becoming a parent. This is an exciting opportunity to blend analytical rigor with our unique brand voice to drive profitable, day-to-day growth.

About the Role

As the Performance Marketing Executive at Cosatto, you'll play a vital role in shaping our digital acquisition strategy. Your mission is to drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and revenue across our digital channels, predominantly in the UK but also supporting our international growth markets.

You will have daily, hands-on ownership of our Paid Social channels (Meta, TikTok, etc) and work closely with our Head of Digital & Ecommerce to coordinate and monitor our external Google Ads and Affiliate marketing agencies. Balancing daily data analysis with creative testing, you will help scale our digital presence for our award-winning travel systems and nursery ranges.

Working closely with our in-house creative team and external agency partners, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring our ad spend is deployed efficiently and campaigns are finely tuned for performance. This role is perfect for a proactive specialist who loves taking daily ownership of campaigns, diving into the data, and working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Ownership: End-to-end management, execution, and optimization of hands-on paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) to drive DTC acquisition.
  • Agency Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact and commercial driver for our external Google Ads (PPC, PMax, Shopping) and Affiliate marketing agencies, ensuring they meet strict KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Testing & Creative Optimization: Collaborate with the internal creative team to brief, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives based on data insights.

  • International Expansion: Support performance marketing localization and execution across core international digital storefronts.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring daily and weekly spends across platforms to ensure we stay on track with budget allocations and efficiency targets.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in a performance marketing or paid media role, ideally within an e-commerce or consumer goods (DTC) environment.
  • Hands-on expertise managing Paid Social suites (specifically Meta Ads Manager) with a proven track record of scaling budgets profitably.
  • Strong agency management skills, with experience guiding Google Ads and Affiliate network partners to hit performance targets.
  • Data-fluent and highly analytical, confident using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and spreadsheets to manipulate data and derive actionable insights. Triple Whale experience is desirable.
  • Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, and attribution.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working at pace with a strong desire for end-to-end ownership.
  • Experience with international digital marketing structures or localized ad compliance is a distinct advantage.
