Role Description
The Performance Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashford. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising digital and offline marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness for AIMS Accountants for Business.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and audience research to inform campaign strategy
- Manage performance marketing channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, email)
- Track campaign metrics against agreed targets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Support sales initiatives through targeted lead generation strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
- Contribute to testing new marketing approaches, refining messaging, and maintaining consistent brand representation
- Work independently on-site, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements
- Campaign strategy development and performance forecasting experience
- Proficiency in:
- Market research
- Data analysis to identify audience segments and opportunities
- Strong communication skills for:
- Collaborating with internal teams
- Translating data into actionable recommendations
- Experience in:
- Marketing and sales support, with a focus on lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Performance marketing channels (e.g., PPC, paid social, email)
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems)
- Ability to:
- Work independently on-site in Ashford
- Manage multiple campaigns with tight deadlines
- Previous experience in:
- Professional services would be advantageous
- B2B marketing, preferably in an accountancy or finance sector
- Eligible qualifications in:
- Marketing, business, or related disciplines
- Equivalent practical experience
