About the Role
As such, we are seeking a talented Assistant Merchandiser to maximise and capture global sales through strategic analysis, effective stock management and executing strategic activities in a growing and dynamic business. Ultimately ensuring that we are first in making the latest trends and best designs available to our customers – where ever they are!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the global affiliate strategy to drive core commercial KPIs
- Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns through structured creative briefs, performance reporting, attribution analysis, and revenue forecasting
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key affiliate partners and networks, including spend management, planning, and performance reviews
- Lead end-to-end onboarding of new partners, including technical integration, tracking validation, testing, and scaling activity
- Analyse affiliate performance using network platforms and analytics tools to identify optimisation opportunities and localised growth drivers
- Manage and grow key conversion-led partners, including influencer, content, and publisher networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with buying, commercial, creative, PR, social, performance marketing, finance, and legal teams
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all affiliate activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Manage affiliate finance flows, including commission validation, transaction queries, invoice processing, and reconciliation with finance teams

About You
- 2+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in luxury, e-commerce, or agency environments (affiliate experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of driving commercial KPIs including traffic, sales, ROAS, and new customer acquisition
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills - confident managing relationships on a day-to-day basis
- Strong analytical skills with a desire to learn new programs/ platforms. A data led approach to the affiliate channel. Solid Excel & Powerpoint skills. Experience across Partnerize and Products up platforms desirable
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and analytical with a data-led mindset
- Proactive, self-starter mindset who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever growing and ever-changing business and landscape
