About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Performance Marketing Executive at On the Beach! If you are passionate about scaling paid channels through cutting-edge AI technology and relentless creative experimentation, we want to hear from you. You will manage and optimise our performance marketing campaigns, with a heavy focus on Paid Search. You will help the team spearhead best-in-class implementation across Google, Microsoft and display platforms. However, we are also looking for someone to help us build and expand our Paid Social footprint from the ground up, leveraging AI tools to supercharge our creative testing and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing day to day
- Campaign Management: Manage the day-to-day operations and optimisation of Paid Search and Demand Gen campaigns on Google and Bing, ensuring we meet targets.
- Display activity: Monitor display activity, review targets and ad creatives and maintain strong relationships with display partners.
- Paid Social Expansion: Help with building, and scaling our Paid Social accounts (Meta, TikTok) as we expand our channel mix.
- AI Integration: Use AI-driven tools and platform automation to scale asset creation, optimise bidding, and streamline workflow efficiency.
- Creative Testing: Help design, execute, and analyse rapid creative testing frameworks across Demand Gen and Social to identify high-performing hooks, formats, and visuals.
- Data & Insights: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating creative wins and platform data into actionable insights.
- Strategy & Innovation: Continually test new ad formats, platform features, and marketing technologies to keep us ahead of the competition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative and data teams to build a steady pipeline of testable assets and ensure cross-channel alignment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
