Performance Marketing Lead – Salary £50,000 + Bonus Manchester| 💼 E-commerce & Retail |
We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to take charge of our paid media strategy and drive measurable revenue growth across multiple digital channels. This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on data, experimentation, and scaling campaigns that convert. You’ll be the go-to expert for paid search, social, affiliates, and marketplaces — with full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance.
Responsibilities: Leading paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, and marketplaces Managing budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition efficiency Running A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences Collaborating with creative/content teams to deliver high-performing assets Reporting on performance using GA4, ad dashboards, and e-commerce data Managing agency relationships and exploring new growth opportunities

Skills Required: 5+ years in performance/growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce or retail sector Previous experience of working in a similar Ecommerce / Digital Marketing Manager role is essential Proven success managing multi-channel ad budgets with strong ROAS Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, affiliate platforms, Shopify, and marketplaces Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4 and feed management tools Commercially savvy, KPI-driven, and confident in budget optimization
