Senior Performance Marketing Manager | Consumer Brands
Location: Maidenhead - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Equity & Benefits
Own the growth engine behind a portfolio of consumer brands.
We're supporting a founder-led consumer business that's building a portfolio of high-growth brands across the health, wellness and lifestyle sectors.
Backed by experienced entrepreneurs with a strong track record of scaling and exiting businesses, they're now investing in the next phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition and performance marketing across multiple brands.
This isn't a role where you'll simply optimise campaigns. You'll own growth strategy, influence commercial performance, work directly with founders and help build the playbook that will support future brand acquisitions.
What you'll be doing
- Owning paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and emerging digital channels.
- Managing campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies and ongoing optimisation.
- Driving improvements across key commercial metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV and contribution margin.
- Leading creative testing programmes, using data to identify winning concepts and improve campaign performance.
- Partnering with creative, eCommerce and marketplace teams to deliver a consistent customer journey across channels.
- Improving attribution, forecasting and performance reporting to support commercial decision making.
- Using customer insight and data to optimise conversion and retention strategies.
- Leveraging AI to accelerate campaign analysis, creative ideation, forecasting and performance reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
