Performance Marketing Manager - Fashion Brand

The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid media activity across Meta, Google and TikTok, with opportunities to expand into additional channels. This hands-on role will involve managing significant advertising budgets, scaling customer acquisition, improving profitability and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and additional growth channels.
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns across all paid acquisition platforms.
- Manage Google Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
- Monitor and analyse paid media performance across daily, weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
- Track key performance metrics including NC-CPA, ROAS, POAS, MER, CAC and customer acquisition trends.
- Use attribution platforms such as Triple Whale to support budget allocation and scaling decisions.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
- Identify emerging creative trends within the fashion, retail and e-commerce space.
- Develop compelling ad copy, hooks and calls-to-action.
- Create structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across paid media channels.
- Adjust spend based on performance, profitability and business priorities.

About You

- 3-5 years' experience managing paid media campaigns within an e-commerce, retail, fashion or DTC environment.
- Proven experience scaling profitable campaigns and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre and GA4.
- Experience using attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.
