Performance Marketing Manager

About Numan

Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300+ team distributed globally, united by a shared mission: empowering people to take control of their health.

We transform health through a cutting-edge platform integrating diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations—giving people the tools to maximise life.

Guided by our five company values:

  • Patients first.
  • Learn fast.
  • Own the quality.
  • Succeed together.
  • Care deeply.

Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already impacting hundreds of thousands of patients in the UK—and you can help us scale this mission.

The Role: Performance Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a performance-focused operator across PPC and Paid Social, someone hungry to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive alongside two of the best domain experts in the field.

This is a build-and-grow role, reporting to the Head of Growth. You’ll work directly with the PPC Lead and Paid Social Lead to scale Numan’s largest acquisition channels, contributing to strategy while executing hands-on.

Ideal for performance marketers with 3–5 years of experience, driven to mastery, and energised by building something category-defining in a fast-moving, regulated challenger sector. If this sounds like you, this role was built for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executes hands-on PPC and paid social campaigns—building, editing, and optimising across Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Meta, and Smartly under the guidance of the PPC and Paid Social Leads.
  • Supports the team daily: translating strategy into live activity, managing operational workloads, and collaborating on strategic decisions.
  • Maintains account health—proactively monitoring performance, diagnosing root causes, not merely surface symptoms, ensuring accounts remain efficient and effective.
  • Drives performance analysis: understanding performance trends, articulating insights clearly, and proposing optimisations with measurable outcomes.
  • Advances testing culture: rapidly translating creative, bidding, and landing structure ideas into live campaigns at pace.
  • Leverages Smartly to streamline production for paid social templates, becoming rapidly fluent if new to the tool.
  • Innovates with AI and automation, reducing repetitive tasks, improving efficiency, and extracting deeper insights from data.
  • Supports evolving bidding strategy, including value-based bidding, signal-led optimisation, and LTV-driven targeting, moving beyond first-order CPA goals.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with brand, creative, CRO, SEO, and data teams as part of a unified growth system.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
