We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Develop and execute comprehensive full-funnel paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Manage day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns, including launching, testing, and optimizing ad creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Own budget allocation and pacing across paid channels, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Lead marketing automation and audience strategy implementation to enhance program efficiency and improve lead quality.
- Establish rigorous testing frameworks (A/B, incrementality, geo-lift) and optimization processes to determine campaign effectiveness.
- Drive continuous innovation in measurement, attribution, and incrementality testing across paid channels.

What You'll Need
- Experience aggregating and analyzing campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
- Proven track record of scaling paid media programs with significant revenue impact.
- Deep hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or Meta Ads at scale.
- Strong understanding of paid media technology, bid management, attribution models, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to analyze raw campaign data and develop actionable insights, with an understanding of basic statistics and mathematical modeling concepts.
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 4+ years specifically in paid media and demand generation.
