About the Role

Location: London or Southampton
Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months)
Objective:
Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing to scale efficient customer growth via digital channels. Core focus:
- Execute multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Optimise performance across the onboarding funnel
- Identify scaling opportunities. Collaborate with brand, product, and commercial teams to deliver high-performing campaigns—including ad-hoc contributions to brand and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and optimise paid media strategy (Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV).
- Oversee daily paid marketing operations, ensuring predictable efficiency and ROI.
- Manage budget prioritising cost-per-funded-account competitiveness.
- Own performance reporting, tracking metrics such as:
- New funded customers
- Cost-per-funded-account efficiency
- Partner with brand & content teams to align creatives with performance goals.
- Ensure FCA compliance across all financial promotion campaigns.
- Collaborate with design & product teams to enhance:
- Landing pages
- App store journeys
- Onboarding experiences
- Optimise performance across the full funnel: click → install → registration → fund.
About You
Critical requirements include:
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid media (Search, Social, Programmatic, CTV).
- Fintech or financial services background is advantageous.
- Strong ability to:
- Scale campaigns with six-figure budgets
- Deliver measurable growth
- Analytical expertise with facility to translate data into strategic action.
- Familiarity with attribution models and tracking (preferential: GA4, Appsflyer).
- App-first/mobile acquisition experience is a plus.
