About The Opportunity 👇
What you'll do
- Own paid channel strategy and execution Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other programmatic channels. You'll set the strategy, run the campaigns, and optimise continuously for pipeline and cost efficiency.
- Drive pipeline and revenue impact Work closely with the sales and channel teams to understand pipeline targets and ensure paid activity is generating the right volume and quality of leads. You'll be accountable for metrics that matter, CPL, CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline generation and influence.
- Manage and optimise budget Own the performance marketing budget. Allocate spend across channels based on performance data, forecast accurately, and report on ROI to senior stakeholders.
- Test, learn, and iterate Run structured A/B tests across ad creative, work with our Website & CRO team to optimise landing pages, and test new audience segments. Build a culture of continuous improvement backed by data, not instinct.
- Collaborate on messaging impact Create a data led feedback loop with the wider Marketing, Sales, Channel & Product teams to provide clear guidelines on messaging that attracts and engages our ICPs and existing customer base.
- Own performance reporting Work with our Data & Analytics team on performance marketing analytics and reporting. Translate data into insight and recommendations, not just charts.
- Manage agency relationships Where external agencies or freelancers support paid activity, manage those relationships to deliver quality output within budget.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
