Performance Marketing Manager
Plymouth, Devon

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing professional services firm, is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to take ownership of multiple affiliate programs, helping to shape strategy, drive performance, and build meaningful partnerships within a supportive, collaborative environment.
This role offers hybrid working while being part of a leadership team that champions innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Role:
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals.
- Manage multiple affiliate programs, ensuring consistent delivery and best practices.
- Track, analyse, and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Present results and strategic recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners to expand reach and results.
- Negotiate placements, rates, and promotions to maximize ROI.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and campaign planning.
- Support and coach junior team members to maintain high operational standards.
- Participate in client meetings and reviews to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

About You:
- Experienced in affiliate or performance marketing, managing multiple client accounts.
- Commercially aware, data-driven, and KPI-focused.
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, affiliates, and teams.
- Analytical, with experience meeting KPIs and budget targets.
- Marketing qualification (degree or CIM) preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
- French language skills are desirable, with the ability to communicate professionally in French considered an advantage.
