About the Role
The Travel Franchise is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale its digital performance engine across PPC, paid social, SEO, and lead generation. You’ll manage substantial spend across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, working directly with the Co-Founders to improve lead quality, reduce CPA, and build the case for further budget growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital performance engine across PPC, paid social, and SEO.
- Manage and optimise a £384k PPC budget and £60k paid social budget.
- Run campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Reduce cost-per-acquisition through testing, optimisation, and pruning underperforming activity.
- Increase qualified franchise prospects while maintaining lead quality and close-rate alignment.
- Translate performance data into clear insights for the Co-Founders.
- Build the strategy for scaling marketing spend toward £600-700k and eventually £1M+.
- Help shape the future marketing function, with the opportunity to build a team as the budget grows.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in performance marketing.
- At least 2 years managing annual budgets of £250k+.
- Proven PPC management experience at scale.
- A clear CPA reduction success story with measurable results.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certification, or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and multi-stage sales processes.
- Ability to turn performance data into actionable business insight.
- Solid SEO fundamentals and awareness of AI search, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
