We're partnering with a recognised name in the fashion industry that's looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead its paid acquisition strategy.
This is an opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business where you'll have the autonomy to influence digital performance, shape strategy and make a genuine commercial impact.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of performance marketing across multiple paid channels, using data, insight and creativity to drive customer acquisition, increase online revenue and maximise return on investment.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll oversee paid media activity from strategy through to optimisation, continually identifying opportunities to improve performance and support the wider commercial objectives of the business. You'll work collaboratively across marketing, e-commerce and buying, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business priorities while delivering measurable results.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and evolving the paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.
- Using data and commercial insight to optimise performance and maximise return on advertising spend.
- Managing significant marketing budgets and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns support key trading, product and commercial objectives.
- Providing performance insight and strategic recommendations that influence future marketing decisions.

About You
To be considered, you'll ideally have:
- 3-5 years' experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
- E-commerce experience is essential, with a strong understanding of online customer acquisition.
- Hands-on experience across Meta, Google and TikTok advertising platforms.
- A proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining strong commercial performance.
- A data-led mindset with the confidence to turn insight into action.

Location
This is a full-time, office-based position based from the company's Essex office. You'll therefore need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of locations such as Ilford, Chelmsford, Romford, Brentwood, Basildon, Billericay, Upminster, Hornchurch, Epping or Chigwell.
